This focused approach keeps intensity high, improving your form and consistency while reducing the risk of overtraining. With its short duration, it’s easy to make kickboxing a regular habit, ensuring long-term fitness success.

- Depending on the techniques we work on, I will send you analyses of videos of how other kickboxers have successfully used them in real fights.

No, I don't typically include sparring in my training sessions with clients. While sparring can be an effective way to develop skills, it requires a higher level of physical conditioning and experience that not all clients may possess. Instead, I focus on other training methods, such as pad work, shadowboxing, and partner drills, to help clients improve their techniques, increase their fitness level, and build their confidence.
